Maintenance & Servicing

Manufacturer Survey & Assessment, Manufacturer Production Supervision
Survey and assess the manufacturer’s capability, and provide a pre-assessment report to the project owner and purchaser. Review the manufacturer’s reports in accordance with the ITP, including: review and approval of drawings prior to fabrication; review and approval of procedures prior to fabrication; inspection of incoming materials; in-process production inspections; and pressure or functional testing prior to factory release.
Machinery & Industrial Systems
- Feedwater Treatment Equipment: To ensure safe boiler operation, extend boiler lifespan, and achieve high efficiency, water treatment is a crucial process. The capacity, size, and type of treatment equipment depend on the boiler’s capacity, ensuring that the feedwater meets the required standards for residue, hardness, and pH levels inside the boiler.
- Thermal Equipment: Along with the boiler is a system of devices for distributing steam and heat, including steam distribution, steam storage, heat distribution, preheating, and heat utilization. These devices and systems contribute significantly to the efficiency of the entire steam system; poor performance may cause substantial steam losses and negatively affect the operating mode and lifespan of the boiler.
- Dust and Flue Gas Treatment Equipment: In addition to supplying individual industrial boilers, Trung Nam also designs, fabricates, and installs dust filtration and flue gas treatment equipment for boilers, ensuring safe and efficient operation while meeting Vietnam Environmental Standard QCVN 19.
